We are happy to announce the return of our art director, designer and producer of Black 13 Park, John Bi. He was off for over a month due to personal issue. This is also the reason why there have been delays on customer supports.
Recently we've received quite a few complains regarding customer service delay and replacement parts delay. Most of them of now solved. We here by would like to announce our new customer service policy. Starting from today, you will see a new section on our official site called "service". All post sell request must be submitted through the provided form, and we guarantee to reply you within 72 hours. General enquiry please submit through evreniart.info@gmail.com
We would also like to re-state that until now Black 13 Park is still in a scale of workshop/studio, and it runs mainly by the author, John Bi, himself. We do not have sufficient fund to produce a lot of replacement parts like other bigger brands. Therefore, sometime it may take a while till we can provide the part you need. If the part is no longer available, we are more than happy to have it fixed or repainted. This issue should be improved after the release of Irene.
According to the author, our latest design, Irene, has major improvement on use of material and packaging based on experience we learned from previous products. We sincerely hope our improvement can satisfy our growing customers and supporters.
